a two board set Singular, as in single modular.

The Singular was designed to bridge an area between finished compact modules set for one use and the open terrain of a breadboard. The time consuming process of idea to breadboard to manufacture to construction is justified where multiple copies of one module are considered, but where a single iteration is required with a single chip, the flexibility to build, adapt and investigate is better served by the Singular.

The back plane is attached with headers and handles the input and output glue; 4 comparators and 4 emitter followers with signal and led outputs.

The front board has the eight banana sockets and a sixteen pin socket for 8,14,16 pin devices.
